PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is expected by the first rehearsal of each month.
Rock School rehearsals:
$20.00 per session, per member
Private Lessons:
$50.00 per one hour lesson
PAYMENT METHOD

Post dated cheques made out to Vancouver Rock School
($75.00 charge to be paid within 24 hours for bounced check )

No individual payments on the day of.
EXPLANATION OF TUITION

Lessons are scheduled on a month to month basis
and tuition statements will be sent via email.

Payments received after the 15th of the month
will incur a late fee of $10.
MISSED REHEARSALS & LESSONS
Calling ahead to inform your instructor is appreciated, but does not exclude payment. If the instructor needs to cancel a rehearsal that has already been paid for, a credit will apply. Monthly tuition may be adjusted for vacations with notice given at the beginning of the month to your instructor.
Two weeks notice MUST be given for excused absence.
ENDING LESSONS
Students must notify Vancouver Rock School two weeks in advance if they plan on ending lessons. Failure to do so will result in a tuition charge for the following month.
